These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Simply Bonded Self-Care (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) (the “Agreement”). Limitation of Product Liability

By purchasing raw materials on this Site, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to test any and all raw materials prior to using them to blend, repackage, or manufacture another product. The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the raw materials you purchase on this Site and does not extend to any finished product you manufacture or repackage. All claims, issues, complaints, etc., regarding the finished products you manufacture using raw materials from this Site are your responsibility as the manufacturer or repackager. You must complete all necessary testing of raw materials prior to batching or repackaging finished products.

Shipping Times

By purchasing products on this Site, you understand that any quoted lead times are best estimates. Simply Bonded Self-Care is not liable for any delays in shipping. While we strive to ship products in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances may arise that affect processing times. You acknowledge that Simply Bonded Self-Care cannot be held liable for any potential delays.

Proposition 65 Warning

The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (commonly known as “Proposition 65”) requires businesses operating in California to provide warnings to consumers regarding significant exposures to chemicals identified by the state as causing cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. Some products sold on this Site may contain chemicals covered under Proposition 65. We recommend reviewing the full Proposition 65 list for detailed information.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including the mandatory arbitration provision. Clothing stained with oils or other ingredients purchased on this Site may be flammable. The CPSC recommends washing such items multiple times and hanging them to dry to avoid the risk of spontaneous combustion. Simply Bonded Self-Care is not responsible for any fires caused by the use of our products.
